Designer Julius Babilonia worked with builder Gabi Giar, a wood craft specialist, and followed Green guidelines to create an eco friendly restaurant by using special materials such as LED lighting, recycled bricks, natural linoleum flooring, environmentally friendly water based wood stains, and natural stone dust plater with low VOC colored paint. Mañana’s interior features a palate of colors, Aztec graffiti art, beautifully carved wood, authentic fabrics and Mexican decorations. The setting is casual with exposed brick walls, pink plaster ceiling and walls, antique tin mirrors and dark woods.
The success of Mañana is a result of the amazing cuisine combined with the warm, friendly attitude of the staff. “I love the casual vibe of Mañana. I love the music, the drinks and the fun, upbeat culture of the restaurant,” says owner Fabio Granato. “Mañana makes me very happy,” owner Vittorio Assaf explains. “There is an intimate setting, fabulous Guacamole, the best Margaritas and delicious, home style Mexican food. Our logo defines the concept of Manana: two fun dancing Pre-Hispanic monkeys watching over us! Live for today. Let others worry about Mañana!
